Strategic Planning
Completed a 5 year strategic plan for Interior Lumber Manufacturers' Association in January 2024. Worked with Central Chilcotin Rehabilitation Ltd. board of directors on planning and vision for future in April 2024. Worked with BC Community Forest Association board of directors and staff on strategic planning in November 2025.
Contractor Engagement
Facilitated a contractor engagement meeting for Burns Lake Community Forest in September 2024.
Community to Community Forum
Facilitated a Community to Community (C2C) forum between the Squamish Lillooet Regional District, District of Lillooet, Lillooet Tribal Council and P’egp’ig’lha Council in September 2024.
Three Rivers Community Forest (Quesnel & Area)
Coordinated, facilitated fall public engagement open house and survey for the Three Rivers Community Forest surrounding Quesnel in fall 2022. Developed policy, protocol and operational documents for a new community forest in 2023.
